Everyone talks about wanting to keep their cubbyholes and about taking their eyes off the road to check guages, so why not have a HUD of some sort? The Lexus cars have them. Heck, a Corvett has one. Why doesn't someoen make a HUD for our trucks? I know several people that would pay and probalby over a 100 that would want it. You'd have to hack up the dash pretty bad. The other issue is that the HUD windsheilds have a reflective coating built into them. So you'd have to add some kind of stick on thing to make it work. It's too bad GM didn't do this. I had HUD in a car back in 92 and I loved it. Let's hope GM makes this an option when they redesign.
