I don't think the video is going to tell you much, since the stability of the video image is dependent on the motion of the video camera relative to the vehicle (person holding it, or bouncing on the dashboard, etc...), which has its own motion relative to the earth.

I can tell you that I was riding around with my Firestone bags at 8psi, close to the minumum of 5. However, lately I've had them at 20 and I think it's smoother cause theres more travel before it gets stiff. At the expense of sag or droop travel i suppose, but that's how it feels anyways.

I doubt a vid would tell you much, different roads than you are on, camera quality etc.

If you load that thing up once in a while then you'll never regret it.
