I am having trouble finding front mudflaps that dont rub with 35s anybody???????

take a look in my garage. these flaps are recessed 2" and still rubbed. in the end i had to cut about 1" from the bottom of the fender and flare, notched out the mudflap hanger and chained back the flap itself. No rubbing now, that is if I dont hit a bump with the wheel cranked.
