Truck in question is an 04 D/A lly w/ 22000 miles. Near the top of the engine towards the back there is this aluminum tube (think its for the turbo) with this blue gasket around it. Anyway, there is gunk around this tube and blue gasket. Could this be from a loose clamp? would this stuff come from the tube itself and possibly be leaking out. If so, can you just tighten the clamp?

Somewhere back in this forum a member mentioned that tube comming loose and advised us all to check and make sure it was properly secured and to check tightness of connection.
