My 2004.5 LLY Allison with 2000 Kilometers on it Lost the fourth and fifth gear. The speedo stopped working, the transmission selector stopped indicating,ABS lite on the dash was on. DIC says Service Brake System. Any ideas what might be causing this. There seemed to be a lot of noise from the transmission area.

Sounds like a speed sensor. Is it 4wd? If so check the transfer case fluid. It might have leaked out and destroyed the tcase.
