I would consider a Spearco over a Banks, it is a little more money but has 50% more volume compared to the Banks 30%, you should'nt have any problems with boost. What/when are you trying to cool the egts? the reason I say this is because the intercooler will cut temps going down the road, but not so much in a situation like a sled pull because of the lack of high speed air coming through the intercooler

actually your boost may go up and be much cooler with any aftermarket larger intercooler. banks, spearco, take your pick...they both flow better than the stocker. You want the least amount of drop off as possible. with the larger capacity it will flow more and cool more.

My Banks has worked great in my truck with 50+ pounds of boost.

The Other brands we have tried, failed at that psi.

I have also heard that the Banks is the better of the 2.

Rob,

Have you had a chance to check boost pressures before and after the Banks intercooler at 50lbs?

I'm seeing a pretty signifcant drop with the stocker at that level.
