so i found a very clean 2003 Silverado 3500 CC/LB DRW with the LB7 for only $16500. has 169k miles on it, sound like a good deal at all??? i'm looking for something i can use to pull an enclosed car trailer.

It's been damn near impossible to pin down values on these trucks, from what I've seen. For instance, I've been trying to sell our 2002 3500 Duramax with 75kmi on it (PM me if you're interested) and have gotten values on it from $12k to $22k. I think it really just boils down to what you're willing to pay at this point.
As far as that particular example, the mileage is a little high for my taste (I only like to see about 13kmi/year), but these trucks are pretty bulletproof.
