I just wanted to share pictures of my new truck. The dealer just put on my wheels and tires this morning! I just love it!!! :D

The bug shield is a Stampede bug shield we purchased from an after-market dealer, and so far............it doesn't rattle like my Lund did on my other Chevy. The wheels are 16x8 American Eagle Wheels, Series 101 and the Tires are Mickey Thompson MTX Baja Radials 265/75/R16. We did have to cut the spoiler & the plastic covering the wheel wells to make them stop rubbing even though they are only 265's. I do notice how much better it seems to handle the bumps, especially on the back roads to our home. I didn't have it reprogrammed for the 265's yet, if that makes any difference. The place we dealt with was very helpful and sure had fast shipping. Doug partsguy662 03-19-2005, 05:17 PM Doug and Lisa - Depending on how friendly your dealer is, you might want to hang on to the stock wheels and tires...Reason being, if the trans ever gives you trouble, they may require the stock wheels and tires on the truck before looking at it...just a thought.... I guess you can tell, I have had no luck with anyone helping me. The manager and service manager said there is no problem with 265's.
