got a 2004 slt dually, 5.9 diesel, looking for ANY help with boost, tranny temp and pyrometer gauge installation. ISSPRO has nice gauges but extremely vauge instaructions. also, does anyone make a service manual for 2004's yet???

Blue600, I have but one question. On the pic you sent for the boost gauge conection, do you get a true boost reading with it being connected on the intake manifold? I am getting mixed answers. Some say that it should be on the turbo side? The intake install looks a whole lot easier. Is that the best way to go?

Yes you get a true reading. I can spike 34psi then it will settle to 30psi with my foot still in it, stock truck. I've seen many installs the same as mine. As far as being on the intake side, using a boost bolt as many do is also on the intake side. Drilling and tapping this location is very easy.

if you don't mine the downloading, you can go here (http://www.hemitruckclub.com/04manual/) and download the entire 2004 manual... it is is the same as the 9.99 copy i got off ebay a while back
