I orderd OJ w/ ***., 4" exhaust,& AFE stage 2 today:ro) IT will be in monday Cant wait ):h I'll be installing all of it next weekend. If any of you all know tips on the install of any those items please let me know. I'll try to before & after pictures if I think about it.

The only hint I could give you is make sure you leave the AFE air box loose while you install the pipe boot to the turbo inlet. The directions tell you to install the airbox, then install the pipe and boot. Just lay the box in the engine compartment, do not put the bolts in until you have the boot in place. I learned this lesson the hard way and had to get a new boot from AFE.

cut the stock exhaust just after rear axle, makes life alot easier

Jackup the PS rear real high ...I managed to remove the OEM exhaust entact on my garage floor ...but it's tight. Disconnecting the rear shock helps too.

No need to cut the exhaust or loosen the shock. Jack it up on the frame just under the passenger door. Had no trouble sliding the whole exhaust out. Unless you are tossing the stock exhaust...and then just cut away. http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/images/smilies/muahaha.gif

I had 295 tires and spare which made things tighter.
