So now that I have my 4157K amber DRL's,I got to looking around on the Superbrightleds.com web site and see that they have a 7440 Amber bulb that might work.
Anyone tried it? Would it work?
So many questions and so little money-------------

If you try it and it works leme know. I have been leary of it since i dont want my truck to start eating LED's at the rate that it eats bulbs.
Are LED's as suseptible to nuking from voltage spikes as regular incondecent(sp)???

i got some 3157 from them and the lights worked, had to move the little wire on the light to the other side for it to work. then about 2 months later someone told me to look at them.....most of the lights started going out. i think they are nfg, but what do i know.
I kinda forgot about the voltage spiking thing.
Maybe I'll just stay with the 4157k's
Oh well,it could have been a good idea
