Just got in my Pred today and went to install. When trying to install the tune it failed to load the 80hp setting. Told me to relaod the stock tune, tried this and at 3 percent through the guages all bottom out then seem to reset and the tune stops. I have tried this several times and the same thing. The truck wont even turn over. Please help.

I would turn off key and remove the tuner, and remove battery cables let set 10-15 min, and then retry the process.

Ok thanks I am going to try that now. It is about to drive me crazy.

Should I put in my fuses that I took out and just try to get the truck to start.

I ran into same problem with the power pup tryed everything ended up callng bully dog and they helped me recover the truck took about 4 hours back and forth on the phone sorry I can't help

my ppe locked up one time. I just unhooked the bats for a little while and tried again.

I would put the fuses back in.

Well did some searchin and found out I am gonna have to go to the stealership and have my ECM flashed still waiting on Diablo to return my call to see if I have to have the tuner redone.

Nevermind, talked to a diablo tech rep and was able to solve the problem. Had to go to radio shack and find the right cables but all I had to do was download a new program. Went out and it went right in. As for the chip itself, wow. Ran it on 80 and it really woke the truck up cant waite till the straight pipe gets here.
