jimarlene 03-18-2005, 12:13 AM 2002 F550 with banks, exost brake and gear venders Hi I just signed up. I am loosing my cruse on bumpy roads. I tried holding up the brake pedal with no luck. Yes I just hit the resume button and it comes right back. Jim Max Power 03-18-2005, 05:29 PM Then i would bet my money on the brake switch. Almost any other circuit would not allow you to resume. Ford brake switches are funny things. Pulling back the pedal wouldn't nessarily help. I say go ahead and replace the brake switch. They are fairly cheap and easy to change. jimarlene 03-18-2005, 06:44 PM Thanks, I was looking at it today and think mabey I will, Jim firefighterccfd711 03-19-2005, 07:57 PM If it is a stick shift it could be the switch on the clutch peddle, it will resume after using the clutch when at times you dont need to brake but just push the clutch to slow. if i make any sense. lol | ||
