Redline Diesel is out your way. Clyde has done plenty of them.

Mike L. why do you say come and see you if you want it done right? I know there is a little bit to doing the upgrade, but as long as you follow the isntructions and the good guidance of the people on Diesel Place, why could it not be done well on your own? Is there something else that you do that makes it worthwhile coming to you?

The man was looking for someone to install it, not do it himself. I know that it can be and has been done successfully by many members here and I have helped hundreds of you guys install them over the phone.
The simple fact is; I do the install in 1 hour with cleaning the valve body, make sure the E shift valve doesn't stick, tq valve body and reset TAPs with Tech 2 and road test for break in. I in no way said you can't do it successfully.:D

Fair enough...I just thought from your post that there were some little "tricks" you knew of that enhanced the kit is all.

Will this install make the transmission shift any differently? Firmer shifts? Most importantly, will it hold a little extra power?

Mike L I was wondering if I should get a trans go jr? I have the quad run the 90 tune most of the time. Was thinking of doing some pickup pulls this next summer didn't know if it would help or not. Any info you could give me would be great.

I think you should install one. Just remember that the Transgo jr is not going to handle a lot of power and abuse by itself.

I'm gonna agree with him on this.... I run my quad on 110 or 135 most of the time. Managed to hurt the trans doing that. TG Jr isn't a fixall, but anything you do to help your trans hold that power is a good thing.
