I've been planning on a motor build since I blew a headgasket, I really don't care about sled pulling or racing just driving. I really don't need the kind of power that would warrent a build, would it be cool and fun of course. The way the economy is going right now I'm hesitant to plunk down the almost 25k for an engine, turbo and fuel system. I think I would be happy at right around 500rwhp with a bd supermax or comparable turbo. My concern though is that I replace the headgaskets and do studs then something else goes out as a result of the gasket failure. Am I paranoid or would I be fine fixing the gaskets and throwing a bd on it? Thanks guys
