had a edge juice and additude on my truck for about 3 years now.. just in the past two days when i start the truck up the additude ask me if i agree with the terms and conditions from edge and then it says 3 (something forget what it exactly says) remaining... anyone know what this means and why it is showing up now???

Something reset in the Attitude and it is like you unplugged the module form the bale connectors. The terms and conditions show up when the unit is first plugged in, and you have to hit the enter button at each startup until the message goes away (usually 4 times) and you shouldn't see it again. I had this happen with my 03 when it had and J/A a few years ago...

i dont know why it would do that.. the only time it would have been somewhat unhooked was i turned my truck on to the acc mode to get the plugs warm and lost my train of thought and walked away for about 10-20 minutes and came back to a dead battery.. but that was more then a month before this happened.. o well as long as something isnt going to stop working we are good.. thanks for your help!

I've had this Edge message appear on my truck a few times over the couple years I've run it. I never unplugged it, but yet for some reason I got the message. Just had to accept it the next 4 or so times I started the truck and all was well.

I've wondered if a pin isn't fully seated and vibration over time makes the connection loose and the Edge thinks it was unplugged. Don't know...just a theory.

same thing here, just go through and reset all of your settings and you will be good t go. I dont know what causes it but it happens from time to time?

yeah mine to did that about 2 or 3 weeks ago the only thing i could think of was i had to replace my batteries cause they went bad. my speed reading would stick every once in a while but would be normal in 5 min or so. Also just how off is the edge w/attitude off on the turbo boost reading?

there is actually a class action suet against gmc for the speedo in the silverados not working after only a few years..... not sure on the boost .. i know the stock psi of the dmax is 26... and thats all i have ever seen the edge read on the records... i have the ppe boost valve in and they say it will take the psi to 30.. i have a mechanical boost gauge sitting in my garage.. just haven't hooked it up yet!

I had that same problem but when my 4 times of agreeing were up my chip didnt tune the motor anymore, it would just run stock. I called edge and they were really helpful they told me to send my chip in and they would send me a new one (i think they might have even paid the shipping!!!). I didnt have any problems after that. The new chip they sent me was also updated to a newer version program as well.
