The fuel filter was full of stuff. I changed it and it started chugging agean and loss of power. I changed the filter agean and it still does it. It runs worse the longer it runs. It likes bogs down in overdrive and everrything starts shaking.

Sounds like you've got the nasties growing in your tank. Might look for a fuel suppliment to kill bacteria and carry several fuel filters.
