I've had and edge with the attitude display on my 03 duramax for 18months now, not a single problem.

Today I was moving my truck up in the drive way and i shifted from "N" to Park and the truck reved twice. kinda weird. Tried it again and it did the same thing. Turned it off and back on, did the same thing again.

I searched on this site and found the Edge EZ or whatever, the ones you set the level by the gear and tow mode and gas peddle thingy, will rev one time for each level your in..... but why is my edge with attitude doing it? why is it doing it now and not for the last year and a half? also, it reved twice and im in lvl 3???

It revs to let you know what power level you're in. 2 revs=level 2. 4 revs=level 4

Mine did that before it quit.

my truck does that too. but only if i move between reverse and park or drive and park real quick. like when i back up to the gooseneck and need to release the park pin for that couple inches i might have missed by.

Normal condition w/edge, its just telling you what power level your in.
