anyone know how to install from a zip file onto the triple dog,im not sure how to get the program i had e mailed to me onto it

if someone emailed you a file then it has nothing to do with the update agent. it has a program of its own in that file

well sounds like he has a zip file emailed. so he would have to save it to his computer, open and extract all files. run the upgrade and as long as he has gone through the hardware wizard he should be good to go

well what contents are in your unzipped folder? should be some sort of executable file or upgrader.

you will want to double click and run that with the pup plugged in and let it download. But you have to make sure you let your computer go through the hardware wizard when you plug it in

The current update agent won't upload crazy larry onto any bd device. All computers that had CL still have the files, but the update agent is programmed not to upload these files onto bd devices. So you're kinda stuck until bd releases its racing division.

If you can get the manual file to work then let me know. I haven't had any luck running the manual file and I have some customers that would like to try CL on their Tdogs.

thats what im trying to do but i suck at this whole computer thing,i have the file but i dont know how to unpack it and get it to do me any good

find someone that knows how to work a computer lol.. its pretty simple really

save, unzip and load to the unit. If it doesnt get extracted its not going to work, if you havent gone through the hardware wizard it also wont work

I sent in my TD to get fixed by Bullydog and once I got it back...surprise! CL was gone. So much for it being fixed.... :-/
