ooking at a 17' 3500 cargo van dually with a dmax. is that the lly? read elsewhere that the allison is not available in the van due to lack of room. what trans is fitted and what is the life of one of these?

dealer quoted me 90 bucks for an oil change. How does that compare?

what is the oil capacity of the engine?

any amsoil users here?

current owner claims 18.5 at 60mph. says there is a chip to increase to over 20. what is it?

Trans is a 4L85E, very good trans if you take care of it.
Engine takes 10 quarts.
18.5 MPG ? It must not be very tall but then again that is at 60 MPH.
I run EFIlive and have hit 25 MPG.
