Why can't I build a GMC SLE truck with the front bucket seats on GM's web site. Does this mean no more bucket seat orders for the 2005 model year? I ordered my truck at a local dealer on 3-3-2005 and GM has not taken my order yet (as of 3-15-2005). They (GM) have passed my truck over twice now, taking other peoples orders. Just seams unusual to me... Will GM take my order???

That doesn't sound right. I got bucket seats in my LS which I believe is the same trim as the GMC SLE... I don't know what to tell you...

I think that the way it works is that you only get the bucket seats if you get the Bose stereo.

Hello again, I finally got feedback the other day from the dealer. Approximate build date of April 11 with a delivery date the first week in May. I did order it with the Bose system to answer the one question. Maybe once the salesman had me, he lost all interest in keeping me informed. Good to see your truck is on the way and the way you wanted it. I had a similar problem at the Chevy "build your own" website and e-mailed them. The reply was that it was a web-site goof and it was corrected.
