I want to run 35 12.50 nitto mud grapplers on 18 x 10 m.t. classic locks and another set of 35's on 18 x 10 black xd's, I've been looking at the cognito 7-9, cognito 4-6, and rcd 6, I like the tire stuffed in wheel well look WAY better than big lift with big gap between wheels, but want really smooth ride because I'm now running O.R.U. level kit which is t.b. keys and bilsteins wit 33's and ride SUCKS!! I also would like to still be fast foe I'm getting efi, lift pumps, meth/water inject. ect... soon, so if those lifts affect being fast at all that would matter as well, what should I do??? those are the three lifts I'm looking at, thankyou for all help in advance this forum has been great so far on being so helpful,

Also I have looked at a 4-6 cognito for sale in the for sale section on here and emailed the member several times he has not got in his name on here is IRISHMURPH, dependin on what yal recommend if i was going wit 4-6 i would try to buy his because he's got it for sale and nearby in Mooresville N.C. supposabley has som kind of race shop but i've tried contacting him on this site over a month, NOTHIN, if anyone knows how to get him I appreciate it, again thanks so much in advance
Thanks, Kevin

If you wanna be fast, I would get the 4-6 i think. With that, you could run 33's and be relatively just as fast as you are now, obviously faster when you get efi and what not. plus, set at 4", your cv angles will be factory i believe, so better for 4X4 launches. Also with a 4-6 set at 4 with 33's i don't think you should really have to regear the truck.

thankyou, yeah i was leanin towards 4-6 kinda but it seems to me its bout like stock unless ya crank it all tha way up and ride suffers i dont know though, but im definately intendin to run 35's im fittin the 33's perfect now no rubbing ever and just have o.r.u. torsion keys and bilstein shocks, I have a set of either 1.5 or 2 inch blocks for rear i've never installed, so i also thought maybe if i got the cognito upper control arms that I could maybe put them and the rear blocks on and get a couple more inches to run 35's now and no lift, what yal think bout doing that?? im also kinda partial to rcd 6 because of price and including bilsteins, come on guys wat yal think?

ya thats actually where i'm kinda at. I am debating between the 4-6 and the 7-9. I first wanted the 7-9, but found out that guys had trucks way up in the air. then i wanted the 4-6, but at 6, having the tbars cranked, the ride would be harsh and 4 just isn't high enough. So now im thinking 7-9 set at 7 with 35's. Your idea should work. Do it, and if you decide you want more lift, you already have some of the parts(Cognito UCA's). RCD is a good lift, but i must recommend Cognito over all others. RCD might be cheaper, but Cognito offers the most upgrades of any brand. Have you checked out their website? http://cognitomotorsports.com/store/GM_8-Lug.html

They have a ton of stuff.
