Dealer just replaced all my aluminum wheels due to peeling and corrosion...I wanted to wait till spring,but they said it had to be done now,so now I have new(?) wheels just in time for winter salt!

So I get looking at the NEW(?) wheels,only to see sanding scratches and corrosion under the clear coat! I later find out they are refurbished wheels with no more warranty.... What a rip....And I just sent them $4000 for extended warranty!

So who has the number for a decent warranty rep in Canada?

Show them the sanding and corrosion starting and insist on a properly refurbished set. Were you out of your mileage or time warranty?

i can't believe the horrible quality of theese gm rims...

I would go back and check again on the warrenty thing I also had my rims replaced with the refurbs and wasn't to happy with the finish until the dealer told me they had a liftime warrenty on them as long as I owned the truck I'm on my third set. Everytime you do a balance job on the rims the old weight marks corrode, so I have them replace them once they get to bad.

Lifetime warranty??...
