I am wanting to put some gauges in and i am running PPE level 4. Question is how high does my boost gauge need to go? What kind of boost are these things making when tuned?

Go with a 60 PSI boost gauge, that way if you get some spikes over 35 psi during shifts, you'll know how high it get's. Also, if you decide to go with an aftermarket charger, you won't have to replace it.

I'm running an edge insight for my gauges and see up to 26psi with ppe set level3. Don't know how accurate that is compared to an auxillary tapped hose and gauge. If it is pretty accurate, then it as easy as it gets for install. Literally a plug and play.

Heck, I have my boost gauge after the intercooler and on level 2 I see 35psi at times. I went for the 60 as well with advice from here.

Holly cow too high, I have only seen 28psi on level 2 and that's before the intercooler.

This is the MSD Laser Gauge........I love it. It has the boost on the right and the EGT on the left.
