Anyone use Delo 400 (I think) for their motor or the Chevron Dexron III/Mercon ATF? It's cheap at Costco.

I looked over on bob's the oil guy website and both the chevron delo 400 and atf are rated very, very highly rated. At the cost I get the atf from costco - I am draining the tranny and adding 6-7 new quarts every six months. New tranny filter once a year.

Now that the delo-400 has gone from CI4 to CI4 plus rating - it is even better...

I noticed my Sams club starting carrying the Delo as well. Just over $36 for 6 gallons vs the Rotella for $39. Seems to be a great price, but I've always heard how good the Rotella is for soot control, not sure if I'll switch over to save a few dollars or not.

I've been using Delo 400 since 500 miles. I now have just over 20K. I have had no problems with it. I get it at Costco. Wal-Mart also carries it along with Rotella. The Rotella is actually less expensive then Delo 400 at walmart.
