: Need Help truck running hot.. r1junkie 10-13-2008, 02:40 PM I need help guys. What would cause truck to run hot.. EGT's are at 1500 at idle speed and 1800 driving 50 mph. Last night on way home noticed it running around 1300 at 70 on way home and 1100 at idle. I let it idle in drive way to see if it would drop but never did. Any ideas would help. all mods are listed in garage.. AlligatorPerformance 10-13-2008, 02:49 PM I bet you have a problem with the Insight. Try to unplug it and plug it back in to see if that helps.
