I am going to pull the aluminum intake off of my LMM to drill and tap for water/met nozzles, are the gaskets reusable? I am talking about the piece between the intake heater and the y-bridge at the valley of the engine.

yes you should be able to reuse the gaskets at the intake heater(they are metal). the intake tube that goes to the y-bridge has 2 o-rings on it, they can be reused but be carefull as they are easy to cut when reinstalling (use lots of lube and take your time it will go to getter). The y-bridge has 1 rubber gasket on both sides whick I have reused also. I don't think you will need to take the bridge out though. 1 more gasket between the egrintake tube to the tube that goes in to the bridge. To answer your ? yes you should be able to reuse all of them as long as you are careful.
