I have efi live on my lmm and today when i reflashed a new tune in afterward it wouldnt start and i tried reflashing it again but it still wont start, help please, i need this truck for work tomorrow!!!

put it back to stock, then try restarting. If this works call EFI live to make sure you have the latest update.

if i have the dpf deleted should i still go completely stock?

Yes back to stock, you can still drive your truck without the DPF, you'll just have a check engine light. Just got done driving mine around for a week while PPE was getting updated.

ok i tried it and same result, it will turn over but it wont start, its not getting fuel, i've only had this truck for 2000 miles so idk whats going on. should i full reflash?

Have you tried priming it? what have you done just change a tune and it won't start?

ya, thats it just changed the tune, and it might have had something on there from a lbz and idk what it was, but where is the priming pump?

Did it give you any error messages when you flashed the tune in? The primer thingy is on top of the fuel filter. So you have flasehed the stock tune or the one I sent you back in right? LBZ tunes won't work on a LMM

y a i know they wont work but i am tuning my buddy's lbz and one of the ecm selectors was still set on lbz and it made the flash process mess up a little but it still flashed. i primed it and it still wont start

Which selector?

And what messed up? an error message?

in the pcm info box, i changed it and it still didnt work. but no error message, it just failed to reboot the ecm a couple times

Try posting on the efi forum or duramax diesels

Full reflash isn't available for LBZ/LMMS

Go to the tune section of the forum and download an lmm tune and flash your computer with it and see if that works.

Hey,

I'd say, get it to your dealer and get them to set everything back to stock. If you've tried that and you cann't, it sounds like you MIGHT have fried some stuff in the computer. My big question would be, warranty? Good luck.

This issue is resolved :) For everyone's benefit the key must be at the ON position to reflash.
