My transmission will make a kinda "Clunk" when I clutch it to change gear. Also, like when in reverse or 1st, if i'm moving or backing slowly up a hill, and get ready to stop, when I clutch it, the clunk is there. Sounds like it is coming from the transmission. Is this normal? Thanks.

Sounds like normal drive-line slack to me...
The drive-line is under load (torque) and then you depress the clutch and release the torque off the drive-line. As Newton said "For every action there is an opposite and equal reaction".

"lash" is what the dealer calls it. there are a number of links between the engine and the ground and each connection has some slack in it. if you are in gear but you clutch pedal is in and you are coasting over bumps or down hill you will clearly hear clunks from the lash or slack. (BTW, if clutch is not engaged you should have the shifter in neutral to avoid the lash clunk.)
