: Fuel at injector line--HOW TO TELL IF IP??

Finally, I have restored fuel to the lines on the front 3 lines on the driver's side, but I am questioning if the pressure is enough to pop the injectors. How can I tell?? Vehicle is no start (my k3500)

Just FYI:

Thanks in advance,
Bob
PS I am thinking about going mechanical pump DB2

The only thing I have not yet tried is to unplug the Crank Pos Sensor (is brand new) which I will do tomorrow. I unplugged the OPTIC sensor TODAY. I think I have gone over every possibility .....but for an IP again after only 2K

How long have you been cranking? Make sure your battery fully charged, starter are all good.

Forever - New batteries. I am gong to pull the inner fender on the passenger side and open all the injector lines, etc., to make sure the lines are clear and pumping ......before I give up and replace the IP with a mechanical one.

Thanks JMJNET

Thanks.
I put in a clear line between the filter and the IP to check for bubbles. I tried starting with the Optic Sensor unplugged and again with the Cps also to no avail. I cracked the 3 lines in front driver's side and cranked away to clear out air. I cleaned out the tank and refilled it. No start, but with the ATF it would run until diesel came down the clear tube. I started again with ATF and gave it throttle at 1500 and it ran on ATF and then on diesel as long as I kept foot on the pedal. Never started again (ATF or not). It is dead. Going to 250 hp marine DB2 w/marine injectors. After I get it running, I will run straight 4" pipe and turn it up to 300 hp and get a Exhaust Gas Temp Guage and a mech boost controller, while I am at it. Then I'll go with a heated straight WVO system (2 tanks) - - I think. All this on a 98? Yep, it is a cute 1 ton pkup dump truck. The factory bed dumps and I don't want to get rid of it. I will upload pics of the journey as soon as I get going. Awaiting parts... Tranny control is my current delemna but I will figure it out. Tranny controller is expensive, but I am hoping that the factory ECM will work. I have read on this site that one guy had an overdrive issue with a similar installation. Hopefully, I will be relocating my PMD to the trashcan soon.
