Hey - I already did a search, but I'm trying to find out how to remove the B-post trim. I need to access the relay for the emergency roof lights. I know on the extended cabs you have to unbolt the seatbelt... Also, how can I remove the drivers side door sill / kick plate?

depending on year model etc (nothing in your signature), after you remove any visible screws it is a matter of pulling.
Literally pull the panel off.

It is a T-50 to remove the seatbelts then the piece is just held in with clips, pull it out then you will have to wiggle it around to get it past the seat, or you could try folding up the seat.
