kkhamil23 03-13-2005, 08:51 PM It just started today, but while driving down the road my reverse relay was coming on and off. I was pulling a small 2-place trailer and I could see the reverse lights coming on and off. Can anyone possibly lead in the right direction. I checked the connection on the transmission and checked the connector in the dash, even reseated it. Other info is 2004 LLY w/ZF. Don't know what would be causing this at all. Any help would be much appreciated. GMCSID 03-13-2005, 10:15 PM Is it just the trailer reverse lights or the truck to? If it's both the backup switch on the trans is probably the culprit. kkhamil23 03-13-2005, 11:45 PM It is just the truck as far as I can tell. The trailer does not have reverse lights on it. Is there any way to check it? Thanks GMCSID GMCSID 03-14-2005, 07:53 PM If you can get it to happen while the truck is parked you can check the output of the switch while the problem is occuring. The rev switch is at the back of the trans, pass side. The pink wire should be 12v all the time. the gray one should be 12v when in rev only. | ||
