I was wondering if anyone knows the proper use for the trailer/tow button on the on the column shifter. I want to make sure i'm not using it incorrectly.

you push it. if you push and hold it it locks out O/D (on my rig anyway). you can use it even when your unloaded; makes it a lot more responsive. but i think i read on here that it's better to keep it out of T/H if your drag racing someone, because it's hard on the tranny to lock up each gear at WOT.... or something like that. hope i answered your question.
