Anyone know if you can go into ECM and adjust the elevated idle to come on at about 40-43 degrees maybe??? I would like that. Thanks The setting from factory is at 33 degrees I believe.

I dont think that can be change. Only choice is set the high idle using the cruise control on an 2008. Sometimes my 2007.5 has jumped to elevated idle at 70 degrees outside. Just every once and while.
