The front sensors are at the wheels, but the rear sensor in the rear output of the transfer case (14mm wrench IIRC, twist it 90° and pull out). Take it out and clean it lube the o-ring and I'd bet you'll be go to go.

first question does your speedo work even though it won't shift at 10 -20 mph if not replace output speed sensor check to see if there is a sensor and if it is used on the rear of the trans some of these trucks use the one on the trans and the one on the
t-case some trucks will have a sensor on the rear of the trans but it will not be connected just there to fill the hole
