I just picked up my new truck yesterday and as I thought, it sits up way too high in the back end to even fit under my 5th wheel trailer. I was already thinking about lowering it and would like to do a 3" drop in the rear and 2" in the front. Has anyone found a kit that will work on this truck?

I've thought about just buying the 3" lowering shackles for the rear and cranking the front torsion bars down for the 2" in the front. Does that sound like a bad idea?

You can do the shackles and torsion bars. we did just that to my buddies truck

If you lower your front end you will mess up the front end geometry in a big way, you really want to have it done and checked at a front end shop.
