What tire pressure are people running on revos or similar tires. the tire sais to run 65 psi, but it seems a little high in my opinion. any suggestions would be appreciated.

I run all four at 65 psi. The stockers run 60 on the front and 80 on the rear. 65 is compromise.

2500 or 3500?


I have them on my K3500 Dually and run the rears at 80 and fronts at 75. No sacrifice to ride quality as some have stated running at those pressures. Of course that is personal assessment.

I've found on my last set of Revo's that I had a bit of over inflation wear when inflated at 60 psi. This really only showed up on the rear tires. This set I'm going to keep at 50 and see if the wear isn't a little more even.

I assume your tires are load E? I found that my 265/75 Revos needed 60 in the front and 55 in the back. That is the only way they would wear evenly across the entire tread surface. That is on the factory rim with 600 in the bed and 3500 hooked to the bumper.

sorry, should have given a little more info. they are on a 2500hd, they are 285's and on stock wheels. also, i do plow with the truck if that changes anything. thanks for the responses so far

Yeah I would say 60-65 upfront and 55-65 outback. Just keep an eye on them. Shoulders wear, you need more air. Centers wear, you need less air.

50 psi.


On my second set, got about 48k out of the first set. I was not down to the wear strip but with winter coming I wanted a new set. Probably could have gone to 50k to the wear strip.

Great tire and works just fine on the stock rims.

I had 285's on my old HD and I had 35,000 miles on them. I ran 50 and they wore horrible. I am going to new ones on my new truck but having a very hard time deciding!!!!
