I am wanting to replace the oil in the rearend on my 2500HD. Do I have to use the oil 75w90 (grapejuice) that my dealer sells for $27.00 a quart? Or can I just go to Autozone and use Mobil 1 syn. rearend oil?

Mobil 1 is what I have in mine. It meets the specs in the owner manual. (GL-5 I believe.)

mobil 1 here front and rear. They spec out 80w90 for the rear, but seems a lot of here are running a 75w. As long as it's GL5 rated, you're good to go.
