I'm looking at putting a 315 70 17 tires with some new rims on 17x 9 with about 5" of back spacing. I'm wondering if I can get away with a level kit or would I need a small lift to make it work and what other mods would I have to do.
Oh the truck is 2004 chevy CC short box 4x4.

Been running this on my stock 3500 but its been rubbing... after the wheel liner broke away its not too bad. rears will have NO problem, but the fronts will rub a bit with the t-bars jacked all the way.
