i have an 06 lly allison it has 52000 mi on it. staight exhaust, triple dog, k&n oem replacement and a ppe fuel valve shim. a while back i noticed a loss in mpg and a gain of black smoke under normal driving on the tow/economy mode. so i cleaned the maf sensor with cleaner from the parts store. since then it throws this code almost everytime i start it. now when i clear it it sometimes comes right back on. any help would be greatly appreciated

may have had something lodged in there, check the connection again, and then try clean the MAF if that does'nt help.
