Last night I started my truck to go to the drag races. As I was pulling up the hill out of my driveway the truck stalled. It wouldnt start again. I rolled to level ground and opened the bleed screw, pumped out some air after 10 - 20 pumps, then closed it and the truck started. It ran fine all night and raced great. It ran fine all day today too. I just got in it to go to my sisters house and it did it again. Again I bled the system and got air, this time after 2-3 pumps. Trucks running fine again. What the hell is going on? I just installed my nictane, but had run at least 40 miles before the first stall and at least 60 in between the first stalling incident and tonites. Is there a chance Im getting air from one of the connections I made when installing the nictane? Is it possible there was just an air bubble or two hiding in the cat filter and they were just slow at working their ways out:confused: ? Any help, ideas and/or hypotheses are all appreciated.
thanks
