Where do I find the # on a single barrel carb off a 1961 C60 truck? All I can find is RP Rochester GM. I want to try to find a kit for this carb. But I am sure that I will need some sort of # off from it.
Thanks!

Can't help ya with, 'where the number is.' Do you have the carb off?
BUT, try the local part places (yea, multiple) and hopefully you will find a parts guy (read 'older') who will dig out the paper catalogs and help search it for you.
Not to sure even IF there is one still available, but give that a shot.

My books start at 62 but it should be a Rochester Model B. 62 part#'s were 7015011, 7015013, and 7015021.

#'s usually on air horn or on side of base of carburetor . Go to a Napa they have the best quality and most assorted kits out there . It should be easy to find a kit for it .
rochester might not have put a # on it way back then , but they should have .
That 62 in previous post is probably same carb and kit will work . Try using one of those #'s to order and see if it is right kit by matching gaskets and length of accellerator pump .
I worked at a carb shop most of my early years wrenching . Check your carb lid for warping from over tightening . Usually happens on old carbs and then they leak around float bowl .
Good Luck

Brother in law took my advice and brought the carb to a shop called Automotive Specialties. They have a carb guy there that is awesome. He has done some work for me with a Quad and then my TBI. Very, very, sharp guy.
So he brought the carb in. There are no numbers on it besides what I gave. They found a kit (He had one on his shelf, believe it or not!) that he said should work out for him.
We will dig into it maybe this weekend.
