i just got a quadzilla stealth 2 and the instructions say to no disturb it while its loading. one guy told me to be sure and have like the ac and radio off while its loading too, but you could pick it up, i just shouldn't unplug it (obviously). what all is classified as "disturbing" this thing while its loading? my first time to tune i had the radio on and it didn't do anything bad. i was playin my ipod through a peripheral though so i wasn't actually using a radio signal. thanks

I believe what is meant by not disturbing the upload process, in addition to unplugging or pushing other buttons on the device, is not operating any of the electronic accessories like the radio as your friend mentioned. The products that upload tunes, etc., are often sensitive to voltage drops and electronic accessories can do just that, causing incomplete uploads. Some product instructions go as far as recommending that the customer pull fuses to ensure that these accessories do not turn on and cause a voltage drop. I hope that helps.

ya that does thanks. the instructions that came with the quad had a list of fuses to pull on some model engines but there was a sidenote sayin lbz and lmm engines done need fuses pulled

excellent description....i was told the same thing with a bullydog gas power pup on my old truck and never understood why. now i get it

my predator instructions have you pull fuses also to disable radio and onstar.
