Seems like all are selling rubber hose and fittings for 600 or more, I can get regulators, but what type regualtor, the ones I can get are made for different psi or whatever, what do I look for? What else other than intake is involved, and tank of course??????

The commercial systems have safeties, one of which shuts off the flow if there isn't any boost - so you don't get barbecued while you're upside down in a ditch....

Homebrew Propane....sounds like something from a Larry The Cable Guy skit http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/images/smilies/hihi.gif

I gotta get into this business! This stuff is rediculously overpriced! I can't imagine everything but the tank on my system costing more than $250 new. And it is a modulated system and can be run full time if you can find cheap lp.

I loved mine, took it off cause new pulling rules say it must be completly off the truck, I had a 65hp gain on dyno and 6mpg on highway with it

From my recollection, the boys with the big programs weren't seeing enough gain to justify it.

Also since propane is a catalyst, it advances timing, and I think the No Limit guys commented once that they only used a little bit since it causes timing rattle.

Search the threads....

You can contol timing rattle by the cubic feet you flow in to it (vapor system from PowerShot) and the pressure you run out of it. Mine adds only about 45 or so hp (standard setting) with the Extreme but more with lower tune (untill I add the N2O). Extreme+Powershot+big shot of N2O= NO GIRLY MEN.
