Hi All,

I just sold my 7.5 LMM to my son and went out and bought a new 08.
How long so I wait untill I change out my exhuast to a DPF delete?

I was thinking when i had my fist oil change..

Yesterday! I would do it right away. You might consider purchasing another ecm to do all your programming on.

I "wore" my truck in for the first 2500 miles, then changed oil, took dpf off, Quad, wheels/tires. I wanted to drive it stock for a while, just to make sure there weren't any immediate issues for warranty work. Just about to turn over 10K miles, no issues ever with my truck. Quad works great for what I need, tows my 5ver great, gets between 10-12mpg towing 14K lbs. Empty, average 16mpg combined, I can get around 21mpg @ 72mph on the interstate. I know when I went from my 245's to the 295 Toyo's I lost about 2mpg. So my numbers could actually be a little better with the smaller tires. Not sure what my stock mpg's would be right now with the DPF on, but I immediately went from 13mpg to 16mpg driving same roads, same style, maybe even a little more aggresive now with the extra power:D. Have fun losing your DPF. Chris

X2. I would also wait untill u have about 10,000 or so miles on her before duing any work. Then u while know by then if u have a lemon or not. Chris what setting are u running the Quad on the interstate geting that kind of MPGS?

I did the same, waited 10K/1 year. I thought if there was going to be any defects in the drive train it would show up then. It was really hard to hold off though.
