I just received an order with replacement brake pads for the front and rear on my 2001 2500HD. The front pads are much larger than the rear set. Is this correct?

Normally, the front brakes of most vehicles will have larger front pads than rears. The front brakes are the ones doing most of the work.

I haven't looked at mine real close but I think you are OK. One of the tech's will correct me if I'm wrong.

I think someone told me that the rear pads on the 2500HD are the same as the front pads on the 1500s.
