Check it. Several 05s with or without the Predator show signs of leaking antifreeze, milky splatter marks on underside of hood, overheating pulling a load, and a bone dry reservoir. uncle has one, general contractor has one both are having heads replaced. Other 3 that we know of were strangers we spoke to, and looked under their hoods.
Anyone else?

One guys heads were badly warped, probably due to the predator though.

No, it is the aluminum headed Duramax that blows the heads loose with a single tune. Cast iron is certainly better!

The Predator advances the timing to far. They don't make up with fuel or extra boost. This causes higher cylinder pressure and there goes the head gaskets. Predator = crappy programming.

As for the coolant puke, when that thing reaches and stays at 35psi for a while it will spit out some coolant. Mine did it under a 15K load but I didn't add any just below the bottom line. Never got hot.

If its a '04 with crap oh the hood blanket, that is where the crankcase vent is. Sprays that on the blanket. I think the '05's are rerouted.
But I'm not doubting you, I imagine you can tell the difference between oil and coolant. :D

definately not oil. it's milky white, and all over, not just the hood but all on the radiator, everywhere under the hood, plus the reservoir is literally bone dry, not a drop, and now it's smokin' BLUE he swears he's gonna blow it up, and then pour diesel all over it and see if it'll burn.

milky white..brings back memories of a blown head gasket..EXACTLY, one has already had his replaced, one other is well trying to blow it up. Your post just furthers my opinion of it being a head gasket, will tell him first thing tommorrow morning. Thanks.
