Paint is flaking off the bottom of the driver side door and there are a few small areas where clear coat is starting to lift. The body warranty expired April 30.

Any suggestions to get partial or full financial assist from GM?

happened on a 1/2 ton silverado i owned and since i had dealer do most of the work , it was covered under some loyalty plan or some bs./// not sure of that still exists with the way times are right now... who knows... good luck

corrosion warr is only for rust holes. the paint would only be covered if you are still under the bumper to bumper warr. since you have an 02 i doubt you are still in warr.

Update: I got both driver side doors painted. Looks good again.
