This may be a lame Q but can we use an '03 steering wheel on an '02. Without audio/cruise controls obviously. can it be done? would like something different inside thats all.

would depend on the air bag plug. Plus dont forget about the cost of the air bag.

Right, but the airbag being different, not sure if the connector is still the same. The steering wheel is probably 300 new and then another 600-1000 for an airbag.

Yeah thats correct I just got a good quote from my local dealer and he quoted me 700 all in for a new wheel and air bag

Still too much in my opinion. and I am a little wary of a wheel and air bag from a wrecker too :cool:
