allright this may be a dumb question but here it goes,

I was playing around with the DVT tool in the scan tool today, is there something you have to do to make them work? I could connect just fine, read, log, and activate the DVT, but when i tried to use the DVT controls it would just say no response try again. as i would move the idle speed controller around it would say ok occasionaly, but nothing would happen...

am i just missing something?

you have to activate the BI-DI controls then switch on each function as you go as well.

I've done that, but when i mark the check box it says no reply try again

What version of EFI-Live and version of firmware do you have?

ok, figured it out...thanks to EFI's support staff :D

you have to be running the newest software/firmware/bootblock package, the one for blackbox logging.

Just installed and loaded everything, and the DVT controls work great!
